For decades, manufacturers of oil and gas fasteners would simply supply products with little effort put towards expediency or service. But at American Belleville, we do things differently. For example, one Saturday afternoon around 5:30 p.m., one of our owners was enjoying a bonfire in his backyard with his family. Then, he suddenly received a phone call from a distributor in Houston, Texas. The distributor asked if there was any way that we could get some boxes of washers to him by the next morning (Sunday).
While the distributor scrambled together the couriers on both sides, as well as a place on the next available flight from Cleveland to Houston, our owner drove across town to our facility (40 mins), packed up the order, and waited for the courier to arrive. He got there at around 8:00 p.m. and went straight to the airport, where the parts were put on a 6:00 a.m. flight the next morning. The parts arrived on-site in Texas before noon on Sunday. And, this is not the only story of American Belleville going above and beyond to fulfill an urgent order for a customer.
